A strategic dashboard is a powerful web-based tool to tell your district’s story, govern implementation of your district’s strategic plan, and evaluate the impact and return on investment that strategic goals are having on student, financial, and other system outcomes.

Strategic Dashboard pages
The Strategic Dashboard is organized into three main pages:
1. The Home page is a customizable web page that can be personalized for your district. The Home page allows districts to introduce the dashboard and provide general district information. Districts can share videos, photos, text, and much more on the Home page.

2. The Indicators page allows districts to create and manage performance indicators and benchmarks to monitor progress toward strategic goals. The Indicators page allows districts to share meaningful data in a simple to use, categorized format. Dashboard members can click on each tile to see additional details and historic data.

3. The Strategy page allows districts to monitor the implementation of strategic tactics and action plans. The Strategy page creates an opportunity for district leaders to share goals and keep community members aware of progress. Districts also have the ability to share evidence of progress.

App Settings page
An App Settings page allows you to manage various settings for your dashboard. On the App Settings page, you can create additional dashboards within your district if you wish to have separate dashboards for the buildings in your district or if you wish to separate different topics or initiatives. The App Settings page also allows you to:
– Enable or disable the Home, Indicators, and Strategy pages for each dashboard
– Make each dashboard page public or private
– Copy a link for your public dashboard to share on your district website
– Change the name of your district as it appears across your Strategic Dashboard
– Add or delete a banner image that appears on all pages of your Strategic Dashboard
Editing Pages
On each page of the Strategic Dashboard, an Admin Mode button in the top right corner of the page allows you to edit and customize the page’s content.
