Question:
Why am I missing rostered students from my Growth Report?
Answer:
Typically, the reason for a student, or group of students, not appearing in a seasonal growth report is due to the fact that they need to have 2 predictors in order to create a projection-based goal. In other words, they need to have taken at least 2 assessments before ECRA can project a growth score. Once the student, or group of students, take a second assessment, then they will show up on the next seasonal growth report.
This is the solution to nearly 95% of the partners who have this question.
There is a possibility your answer is a bit more nuanced. For instance, did you recently switch assessments, versions of an assessment, or the grades that certain assessments are given? This would explain why some students may not be showing up in the growth report. If you have one of these scenarios please submit a TICKET, and there is a good chance we can re-run your reports to capture those missing students.
