Answer:
Typically, a student or group of students does not appear in a seasonal growth report because they need to meet certain criteria. The student(s) must have taken at least at least one predictor (typically a prior year assessment) to have a projection-based goal.

There is a possibility your answer is a bit more nuanced. For instance, did you recently switch assessments, versions of an assessment, or the grades that certain assessments are given?
