Introduction
This section will show you how to download files from Pearson that include subclaim scores. This information is critical if you are planning to dig into subtest performance for each grade level on the Illinois Assessment of Readiness (IAR).
How to download files with Subclaims from Pearson
On Demand Reports
An OnDemand Report (ODR) score is provided for each student record that received a valid score. A score is considered valid if the record has met the rules for attemptedness and has not been voided.
To access these reports/files:
1. Log into PearsonAccessnext.
2. Confirm the correct administration Illinois > 2021-2022 > IAR Spring 2022.
3. Go to Reports>OnDemand Reports.
4. On the left side of the screen you may filter by Test Name, Subject Name, Grade, or Performance Level. You may also search for specific students.
Student information can be downloaded using the Print icon on the right of the ODR screen. Student lists can be downloaded for selected students as a PDF, csv, or Excel file. The Student Detail option can be used to print individual student report PDFs. Note: There is a 350-record limit on the number of Student Detail PDFs you can print at a time. You may need to use the filters to narrow down the number of students printing if over this limit.
