Overview
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for exporting preliminary IAR data files from Pearson. Follow these instructions to ensure you retrieve and securely send the correct data to ECRA Group.
Instruction Guide
Step 1 – Logging In
– Log in to Pearson’s LaunchPad at launchpad.pearson.com and enter Illinois Administration Platform.
– Click Continue to Sign In and sign in with your username and password.
Step 2 – Accessing the IL Summative Administration Platform
– Click IL Summative Administration Platform.
Step 3 – Accessing the Results Explorer
– Click Reporting in the left sidebar to expand more options.
– Click Results Explorer.
Step 4 – Exporting Data
– Click Export in the top right corner of the page.
– A green Success notification will appear in the bottom right corner of the page.
Step 5 – Downloading Data
– Click Export History in the top right corner of the page next to the Export button in Step 4.
– In the Export History panel, click the download arrow at the end of the file name.
Step 6 – Sending Data to ECRA Group
– Send the downloaded data file to ECRA using your district’s secure data transfer folder.
