The School Leader Collaborative is a consortium of state principal associations dedicated to supporting and sustaining the professional growth of school principals and their leadership teams. Specifically, the Collaborative enhances the collective capacity of its partner associations by building a network of shared resources, innovative best practices, and research to support school leaders throughout their careers.
The school leadership self-assessment is a reflection activity for principals to assess their leadership practices aligned to the collaborative’s school leader paradigm. It is designed to provide information to help the leader be intentional about their professional growth.
Association members of the Collaborative along with other professional development providers may leverage the Paradigm to create learning opportunities that are relevant and meaningful.
