Step-by-Step Instructions to Uploading Photos to the Personalized Learner Profile
Log in to the PLP App
- Ensure you are logged in as an ECRISS admin user.
Access App Settings
- Click on the gear icon located in the top right corner of the PLP app.
Navigate to Image Upload
- Select “App Settings” from the drop-down menu.
- Click on the silhouette icon with “Upload” located in the top left corner of the App Settings page.
Upload Images
- A pop-up window will appear. You can:
- Select image files manually by clicking the “Click to Browse” button, or
- Drag and drop image files directly into the pop-up window.
File Naming Requirements
- Each image file must be named using the student’s ID number (e.g.,
123456.jpg
). - Files must be in the .jpg format.
Batch Uploading
- You can upload images in batches of up to approximately 1000 files at a time, depending on the file size.
Review and Confirm
- After selecting or dropping the files, review the images and confirm the upload process.
Tips
- Batch Upload Limit: If you experience issues with uploading large batches, try reducing the number of files in each batch.
