On October 18, 2023, the Illinois Association of School Administrators (IASA) invited just over 100 of it’s members and partners to Springfield, IL to the first Vision 2030 Workshop. ECRA Group is facilitating the Visioning process. Dr. John Gatta and Dr. John Bruesch, from ECRA Group, facilitated two workgroups. While Dr. Brian Harris and Dr. Constance Collins, from HYA, facilitated the other two workgroups.

These included Student Success, Educator Excellence, Accountability, and Finance & Funding.
