On the Strategy Page of the Strategic Dashboard, after you have added a goal, added an objective, and created a strategy, you can now assign the strategy to someone. This section will show you how to assign a strategy to a member of your leadership team.
How to assign a Strategy to someone on the leadership team
Note: A strategy can only be added after a Goal and Objective have been added.
1. On the Strategy page, click ‘Admin Mode’.
2. Click the ‘Menu’ icon, and select ‘EDIT”.
3. Select the role you would like to assign the strategy to from the dropdown list. If the role does not appear on the dropdown list, you may add the role by selecting ‘-Other-‘. Then, click ‘SAVE’, to save your work.
*Please note, once you add a role using the ‘-Other-‘, that role will be available in all future dropdowns on the page.
