Gina Siemieniec is responsible for the overall alignment, integration, and delivery of all service offerings provided by ECRA.  She has held numerous leadership positions in her 16-year career in the aviation industry focusing on organizational culture change initiatives, strategic planning, group facilitation, process improvement, problem resolution, team building, employee engagement initiatives, labor relations, and working with leadership teams, and unionized workgroups.  Dr. Siemieniec holds a doctorate degree in industrial and organizational psychology, served as an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Psychology at Elgin Community College, and is published in The Journal of Business and Psychology.
