Gina Siemieniec, Ph.D. is the President of ECRA Group, responsible for the overall alignment, integration, and delivery of all service offerings. Prior to joining ECRA in 2012, she held numerous leadership positions in the aviation industry focused on organizational change initiatives, strategic planning, group facilitation, process improvement, problem resolution, employee engagement initiatives, labor relations, working with leadership teams, and unionized workgroups. Dr. Siemieniec holds a doctorate degree in industrial and organizational psychology, served as an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Psychology at Elgin Community College, and is published in The Journal of Business and Psychology.
